It seems to be working up north alright. They just take each person based on the severity of the injury/illness, and if you only have a cold they will ask you to Grab Some Pine, MEAT! Although you have the right to purchase private coverage up here as well. But the bottom line is they will not turn anyone away from the Hospital. Even a foreigner pot smoking hippie like myself with no Coverage outside of the states.
